MEET MEL

I grew up the youngest of seven just north of Boston, and I’ve been in Maine for over ten years. I’ve always loved this state. I don’t consider myself a transplant — just a traveler who’s finally found her home. I’ve been working in real estate for close to 20 years. I started my career on the north shore in Massachusetts before becoming active in Maine in 2016. I currently serve clients in Maine and New Hampshire. In 2023 I became a proud member of York County Council of Realtors DEI Committee. My success has been built on strong relationships among friends, family and coworkers who have trusted me with their real estate needs. I grew up very close with my family and developed a strong notion for caring for others. I carry this sensibility into every aspect of my life, including and especially my work.

I live in southern Maine with my husband and our French Bulldog, Miss Ella Fitzsnuggles (aka the real boss). I balance my work life by making time for the activities I enjoy, which include pilates, birdwatching, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, taking road trips, and recently I joined the Pine Tree Curling Club of Portland. Curling Rocks! On my quieter days I enjoy all things Star Wars, listening to music and the unending quest to find the best pizza.
